It is time to dust off your helmet, fill up your tires, and hit the road for some Spring Training. Join TRiKC members each Tuesday to warm up for the triathlon season. These sessions will include both cycling and running (bricks) with the emphasis on building a base. The relaxed setting of Corporate Woods allows you to go as fast or as slow as you like and still be part of the group. So join us and Spring into Action. Park and meet at 6:15. Join us for After Hours after the brick.

Ready to build some strength? Join us for some ROLLERS! We meet at Corporate Woods and then ride over to Grant to ride the Grant and Mastin Hills. Then back to Corporate Woods for the run. All at your own pace. Park at Building 40 6:15, with the ride to start at 6:15. Join us for After Hours after the brick.

5-8 year olds: 25 yard swim, 1 mile bike, .5 mile run
9-12 Year olds: 75 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
5k Run-7 PM 

Saturday Races:
AM Race
Sprint Triathlon: 400 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 5k run
Celebrate! Corporate Relay at Sprint Triathlon

PM Race
Super Sprint Triathlon: 200 yard swim, 3.75 mile bike, 1 mile run 

Sunday Races:

The Olympic race is a unique and wildly popular style called the F1 format. It’s like 2 sprint triathlon races back to back. So for the first time ever you’ll have a run to swim transition also!

Olympic Triathlon: 800 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 5k run, 700 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 5k run
Olympic Aquabike: 800 meter swim, 13 mile bike, 700 meter swim, 13 mile bike.

In simple terms, one of the best triathlons in the world. This is one of the premier events in Ontario and being the only point-to-point race in the Province makes it one of the most unique. Athletes will start the day at the Welland International Flatwater Centre, a legacy facility of the 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games. Construction of the Welland Canal started nearly 200 years ago and was a major contributor to the growth and prosperity of southern Ontario. It has become an ideal location for warm, pristine open water swimming. You will then bike and run your way to the world famous Niagara Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world.
