Tonight we check out the Cedar Creek Triathlon course. Everyone is invited to join us. Meet at the Shadow Glen Golf Club parking lot.

Each Tuesday throughout the summer TRiKC members meet for an evening of riding followed by a run. Brick by Brick we improve our conditioning. After each session, we gather at a local restaurant to socialize. These workouts are geared to multisport athletes of all abilities. Come join us, it is a great way to get to know the other members, meet others who are passionate about the sport, and improve your performance.
