Each Tuesday throughout the summer TRiKC members meet for an evening of riding followed by a run. Brick by Brick we improve our conditioning. After each session, we gather at a local restaurant to socialize. These workouts are geared to multisport athletes of all abilities. Come join us, it is a great way to get to know the other members, meet others who are passionate about the sport, and improve your performance.

NOTE: At 6 a.m. Sept. 27, the ramp from northbound Richards Road to northbound U.S. 169 highway will be closed so that crews can install new drainage and do grading and ramp resurfacing work. The ramp will be closed until Nov. 17. At 6 a.m. Sept. 28, the ramp from southbound U.S. 169 highway to Richards Road will be closed for similar work.
