We are having a training camp the evening of May 7 and on May 8. The agenda for the camp can be found here. This is a triathlon training opportunity for all levels. There is a limited group size which if needed, allows us to devote a significant amount of time to each participant. No matter if you are new at triathlon or have years of experience, better results are always something to strive for. At this minicamp we will discuss innovative methods will bring a new perspective to your everyday training routine and allow you to improve your performance.
