This is the Kansas City version of the historic underpants run in Kona which is celebrating its 24th year. Please join us in your version of underwear, the like, or your running kit. The IM run was conceived of in 1998 by Chris Danahy, Tim Morris, and Paul Huddle as a protest against wearing Speedos in inappropriate places (stores, restaurants, etc.) and has morphed into an IRONMAN pre-event ice breaker and integral part of the IRONMAN World Championship event week. Please join us for some good clean fun.

The TRiKC Underpants Fun Run/Walk will start at the Shawnee Mission Park Marina parking lot and will proceed west along the path toward the dam, then will turn south across the dam and the u-turn following the same route back to the start.
